Action

To know about action, to talk about action, to understand action, to direct action, action.  

All of these are not action until:

1. You have explained what you know

2. To prove what you are thinking about

3. To say why you understand

4. To know movement when directing 

And only when you have practiced all, can you say “I know action.”  If you know then act.
