Tai Chi Practice

 We will run 1 weekend each month starting 

11th - 13th June 2021

This weekend is a unique blend of movement, contemplation, breath and mantras. It will leave you feeling invigorated, calm and reconnected to the universal energies


​Tai Chi consists of flowing, meditative movements.  These slow, gentle movements, combined with breathing techniques, relax the mind while working the body inside and out.    ​

Known to boost mental awareness and reduce stress you will find balance again through these ancient practices.
