Through classes, workshops and therapies, we bring you the healing arts of Tai Chi, Qigong exercise, Buddhist Meditation and Kung Fu.  We also provide Therapeutic Massage and Counselling services. Together we will support you to reach your optimal health.

Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi consists of flowing meditative movements.  Sometimes referred to as 'moving medication', these slow, gentle movements, combined with breathing techniques, relax the mind while working the body inside and out. 

Lung Ying Dragon Style Kung Fu comprises of explosive movements.  It requires alot of hand and leg conditioning. This is purely for a students own personal development so there are no belts and we do not compete.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, stretching, breathing techniques and focused intention. The word Qigong (Chi Kung) is made up of two Chinese words. Qi is pronounced chee and is usually translated to mean the ‘life force’ or ‘vital-energy’ 

Shaolin Natural Way provides a range of therapeutic options to help ease the stresses of life away.  You can choose from various types of massage to deal with those aches, pains & stresses or you can also speak to our counsellor when you'd like help meeting the challenges of life. Read more

Buddhist Meditation is not just about relaxing and ‘zoning out’.  A large part of the time is dedicated to becoming even more aware of yourself and all around you.  This may seem like the opposite of what you’d expect from a meditation group, however it is only when you have full awareness that the understanding comes and you can gain true mindfulness.
